ACCORDING TO GUIDELINES OF GOVERNMENT, GRIEVANCE CELLS HAVE BEEN CONSTITUTED FOR ALL COLLEGES OF OUR GROUP. ALL GENUINE COMPLAINTS OF STUDENTS AND PARENTS ARE BEING SCRUTINIZED AND REDRESSED TIMELY BY THE CELL. IT REDRESSES THE GRIEVANCES AT INDIVIDUAL AND CLASS LEVEL AND GRIEVANCES OF COMMON INTEREST LIKE AS COMPLAINTS OF HARASSMENT, CLASS ROOM TEACHING, COMPLETION OF SYLLABUS, TEACHING METHODS ETC. ANYONE WITH A GRIEVANCE MAY APPROACH THE DEPARTMENTAL MEMBERS IN PERSON OR CONSULT WITH OFFICER-IN-CHARGE OF THIS CELL. THE CELL MAINTAINS A CONDUCIVE AND STRESS FREE EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT. IT RESOLVES THE COMPLAINTS PROMPTLY AND EFFICIENTLY. THE ISSUES ARE SETTLED BY THE CELL OR BY THE PRINCIPAL/DIRECTOR IN CONSULTATION WITH OTHER MEMBERS OF THE MANAGEMENT, PARENTS AND FACULTY. THE COLLECTIVE EFFORTS OF THE MANAGEMENT, DEPATMENT HEADS, CLASS TEACHERS, STAFF COORDINATORS ARE BEING COMMITTED TOWARDS THE SOLUTION OF THE STUDENTS’ PROBLEMS.
THE GRIEVANCES MAY BE DROPPED IN WRITING AT THE LETTER BOX OR MAY BE SENT THROUGH E-MAIL OF COLLEGE.
THE STUDENTS CAN DIRECTLY COMMUNICATE TO THE PRINCIPAL/ MANAGEMENT REPRESENTATIVE/ HEAD OF THE DEPARTMENT WHO VISITS THE COLLEGE TIME TO TIME.
